Particularly, each gown interprets architectural features of the courthouse: elongated bodices and circular, window-like cutouts are inspired by the central clock tower, while wrinkled gauze fabric mimic's the building's white stone. On the other hand, the curved necklines, deep plunges, and structured bodice details take from the windows and arches, while conical skirts with triangular cups or straps recall the courthouse's prominent turrets. These structural elements are quite integral to the building's facade, though they are not the only interesting aspects. More importantly, Lady Justice, the golden statue that once stood atop the courthouse, strongly influenced the collection's aesthetic and philosophy; seeing the statue in the building's eerie basement left a lasting impression of confidence and elegance.
